Teen Summer Reading Program - Make Waves! June 14 - August 7, 2010 Read anything this summer (books, blogs, magazines, whatever!) and complete a bookmark entry form available at any Glendale Library location to be entered into the Teen Summer Reading Raffle on August 13th. Letters About Literature Writing Contest

Read. Be inspired. Write back.

For grades 7 - 12 (as of September 2010).

Write a letter to the author (dead or alive) of a book, short story, or poem that you have strong feelings about, telling the author why the writing moved you. The writer of the winning letter, as judged by Library staff, will win a $25 gift card! Pick up entry forms and guidelines at any GPL location, and submit by Saturday, August 7.
